Guns

I'm not sure if this achieves what it set out to do.
You decide.

"Every country has the right to sell arms." Why?

It's asserted as a basic obvious truth, next to "Every country has the tright to defend itself", but the whole piece veers unconsciously close to an argument against selling arms at all.

But even reading the film in its own confused terms, it's saying arms manufacturers have a moral obligation to only sell to countries that will only use them to defend themselves against countries that buy them to attack.

In other words: Don't sell guns to people who shoot - only to those who shoot back. By which reasoning, guns should be sold to the IRA, but not to Britain. And America should sell to Iraq, but not to itself.

So this is "Politics for Adults"? I think not.

Tos slick, with next to no message. This looks like a director or a lighting camerman's showreel piece.
